Guidelines, validation, and extraction stack.

Every data point passes through integrity, language, and representation rules before reaching the spreadsheet. The crew receives clean data — and decides what to do with it.

Representation guideline
Physical descriptions are direct quotes from the screenplay, in quotation marks. Race, ethnicity, and gender: only what the screenwriter wrote. Never inferred, never translated, never normalized. Data in PT-BR, image prompts in EN — never mixed.
Objective data only
No "dramatic arc", no "mood", no "emotion". If it's not written in the screenplay, it doesn't appear in the spreadsheet. Creative interpretation is the crew's job — not ours.
No empty fields
Every character has a physical description and named looks. Every location has technical requirements. Every prop has description, quantity, and owner. If the screenplay mentions it, the spreadsheet documents it — no "--", no "TBD".
Cross-validation — 12 tabs
If a character appears in the breakdown but has no cast file, delivery stops. If a referenced location doesn't exist in the locations tab, it stops. Costume, props, and VFX go through the same check — no loose references reach the crew.
Extraction stack
Claude API (Sonnet, Opus, Haiku) + Obsidian vault as the canonical source for screenplays. Structured pipeline with technical bible and validation at every stage — the process is auditable, not arbitrary.
Human checkpoint
The technical bible requires approval before proceeding. Every cell is editable. PONTE extracts and organizes — whoever approves, adjusts, and decides is the crew.
each project, an isolated universe

Data that never bleeds across projects.

Each analyzed screenplay generates its own vault — an interconnected data network where characters, locations, scenes, costume, and VFX connect to each other, but never to another project.

Graph view — data network of three isolated projects
Total isolation between projects
Each cluster in the graph is a screenplay. Data from one project never crosses into another — zero contamination, zero noise.
Each node is a catalogued record
Characters, locations, scenes, props, costume — each point in the graph is a data point extracted from the screenplay, connected to all related records.
Navigation by connection
Click on a character and see all associated scenes, locations, costumes, and props. Information finds itself instead of getting lost.
End-to-end encryption
Vault synced with AES-256 encryption. Your screenplay data protected at rest and in transit.
3 projects analyzed · 400+ interconnected nodes · total isolation between screenplays
documentation for every pipeline

O roteiro é a fonte.
A organização é nossa.
